1Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how SenseApp Technology ("SenseApp", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information through this website (the "Site") and the SenseApp Productivity Audit tool (the "Audit Tool"). It applies to anyone who visits the Site, uses the Audit Tool, or otherwise contacts us.

2What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Your name and business name;
• Your email address and phone number;
• The type of business you operate and, if you tell us, your sub-sector;
• Your answers to the Audit Tool's questions, and the friction summary generated from them;
• Anything else you choose to tell us directly, for example by email or during a discovery call.

We don't ask the Audit Tool or the Site for sensitive information (such as health information), and you shouldn't include it in any free-text field or message to us.

3How we collect it

We collect this information directly from you - when you submit the Audit Tool's results form, book a discovery call through Calendly, or email us. We don't buy, scrape or otherwise collect personal information about you from anywhere else.

4How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your Audit Tool results with you, prepare a quote or proposal if you'd like one, and keep a record of the conversation. We also look at aggregated, non-identifying trends across submissions (for example, which business types are completing the audit) to help us understand demand and improve the tool. We don't use your information for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it.

5How we store it

Audit Tool submissions are handled through Netlify's form service and/or sent to our business email. Discovery call bookings are handled through Calendly. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

6Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the Site and the Audit Tool - currently Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Calendly (scheduling) - to the extent needed for them to provide that service to us. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details in section 12 and we'll action your request as soon as we reasonably can.

8A note on the Privacy Act

SenseApp Technology currently operates as a small business. Small businesses below a certain turnover are generally exempt from the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) - but that exemption has exceptions, including where a business handles health information, and the position can change as the business grows. We're flagging this honestly rather than claiming a compliance position we haven't had confirmed: if this matters to you, or if you're a service provider considering SenseApp for a product involving sensitive information, please raise it with us directly.

9Cookies and analytics

The Site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics software. If that changes in future, we'll update this policy to explain what's used and why.

10Children's privacy

The Site and the Audit Tool are intended for business owners and operators, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows and our practices change. The version on this page at the time you use the Site is the one that applies. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we make changes.
