1Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website (the "Site") and the SenseApp Productivity Audit tool (the "Audit Tool"), both operated by SenseApp Technology ("SenseApp", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or the Audit Tool, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site or the Audit Tool.

2About us

SenseApp Technology is a small Australian business that designs and builds purpose-fit software for small and medium businesses. We trade under the registered business name SENSE APP (ABN: 34 521 156 753). We're based in New South Wales, Australia.

3Our services

Through this Site we currently offer:

• Information about SenseApp Technology and the kind of software we build;
• The Productivity Audit tool, a short self-assessment that highlights common areas of operational friction in a business;
• A way to book a discovery call or send us your details so we can follow up.

We also design and build custom software and offer ongoing subscription support for that software. Those services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client, once scope and pricing have been discussed and agreed - these Terms of Use cover the Site and the Audit Tool only, not any paid engagement.

4Using this website

You may browse and use the Site for your own personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site - for example, by attempting to disrupt it, submitting false or misleading information through any form, or using it in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.

5The Productivity Audit tool

The Audit Tool asks a short series of questions about how your business currently operates and gives you a general, self-reported snapshot of where time and effort may be going to manual or informal processes. It is general in nature, based only on the answers you give, and is not professional, financial, legal or business advice. It's intended as a conversation starter, not a formal assessment of your business.

6Enquiries, discovery calls and quotes

Submitting the Audit Tool, booking a discovery call, or otherwise getting in touch does not create any obligation on either side. Any quote, proposal or estimate we provide is not binding until it's confirmed in a separate written agreement.

7Intellectual property

The Site, the Audit Tool, our logo, our written content and our software designs are owned by SenseApp Technology (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use them for their intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

8Third-party services we use

We use third-party providers to run parts of the Site - for example, Netlify for website hosting and form handling, and Calendly for booking discovery calls. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' own terms. See our Privacy Policy for more on how information passes through these services.

9No warranty

The Site and the Audit Tool are provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to keep them accurate and available, we don't guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SenseApp Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or the Audit Tool. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the business grows. The version on this page at the time you use the Site is the one that applies. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we make changes.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
